Pennsylvania abortion rates down

The number of abortions in Pennsylvania has been cut in half over the past 30 years. And remember this is the state where Kermit Gosnell performed thousands of abortions while state officials slept.

A new report says Pennsylvania recorded 2,000 fewer abortions in 2013 (the more recent year when statistics are available) compared to 2012.
The report states 83% of abortions happened in four counties including Allegheny, Dauphin, Northampton and Philadelphia.
